What is a Mindful Outdoor Experience?

A Mindful Outdoor Experience (MOE) is not a hike or even a walk of nature discovery. An MOE is an exercise in self-discovery, an opportunity to experience and reconnect with the more than human world with all your senses.

An MOE can happen while sitting at an open window, on a park-bench, in an expansive outdoor space, on a city street or even remotely.

  • No experience necessary. For most outings we will walk 1-2 miles on established trails. Each walk is different. If you have any concerns let’s talk before we begin.
